North America (United States & Canada)
Orders to North America are shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida.
- Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to additional taxes or import fees, as they ship domestically within the U.S.
- Order processing time: 4–7 business days.
- Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
- Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days, depending on the destination state.
Please note that delivery times begin once your order has been confirmed. During holidays or promotional periods, processing and delivery times may take slightly longer.
Europe & Rest of the World
Orders to Europe and other international destinations are shipped from our warehouse in Milan, Italy.
- Order processing time: 2–5 business days.
- We work with different courier services depending on the destination country and city.
- Estimated delivery time: 4–12 business days, depending on the destination.
For international orders outside the U.S., customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of intimate apparel, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to reach out to us — we’re always happy to help.
Size Exchanges
We do offer size exchanges, subject to availability, provided that:
- The item has not been worn or washed.
- The exchange request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Prior coordination has been made with our team.
We are continuously working to ensure our sizing reflects our size guide as accurately as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While rare — thanks to our high international quality control standards and careful handling of all materials before, during, and after production — if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us right away if there is any issue, so we can properly assess and correct it.
